Type as Pattern

Here is another project from the Creative Typography unit. For this, we had to type either a word or our name, then copy, paste, reflect and rotate it until it resembled a pattern. As you can see, I chose to use my name using all lower-case letters.

I like this piece because it was fun and the end product looks great! There is almost a woven or texture to my pattern that I am pretty pleased with. The goals I achieved with this project include symmetry and balance.
